How to Help

Prayer for Your Brethren

Your brothers and sisters face many dangers and difficulties in their lives. Please pray for them, for the proclamation of the Gospel in Siberia, for the protection of the Bishop, the Pastors, and the Deacons, and that the Holy Spirit would open the hearts of those who hear the Word that salvation would come to many.

Tell About Our Work

Our best help in raising money to help our Siberian brethren is you. Please talk about the work of the SLMS to your pastor, to your fellow parishioners, and to other Christians who might like an opportunity to help.

Give a Gift

Help further the work of your fellow Christians in Siberia. Your gift helps provide pastor and deacons for those who are poor, pays rent for church facilities, covers transportation to villages near and far, purchases much needed supplies, and much more.

One-time gifts are always appreciated. Your ongoing gifts help provide for the church so that your brethren do not fall into worry.

Or, you can send a check made out to to Siberian Lutheran Mission Society and send it to:

Siberian Lutheran Mission Society

One hundred percent of all financial donations go directly to the field to support the work of your Siberian Lutheran brothers and sisters.

No funds are used for administration or overhead of the Siberian Lutheran Mission Society.

The Siberian Lutheran Mission Society is a 501(c)(3) organization. Funds will be used where needed most unless they are designated for a particular need. Please contact the SLMS if you have any questions about designating a gift for a sister congregation or an ongoing project.

The SLMS is governed by a Board of Directors who oversee the annual budget in coordination with the Bishop of the SELC. The Bishop oversees the SELC and works with the Board for strategic and operational planning.
