Todd Wilken of Issues, Etc. recently interviewed Bishop Vsevolod Lytkin of the Siberian Evangelical Lutheran Church and discussed how Lutheranism in Russia was nearly eradicated during by the Soviet regime, the state of confessional Lutheranism in Russia today, and some of the challenges faced by Lutheran pastors in Siberia today.
